Truck Insurance

Insurance coverage for rental trucks is offered through our strategic partners Hub International via alliances with all major carriers providing car & truck rental insurance nationwide (including Canada).

Auto Liability:
Limit $5,000,000 CSL in all 50 states. This protects against third party claims arising out of the operation, maintenance or use of the vehicle or vehicles entrusted to you by On The Move, Inc. as a licensee. Renter coverage limits vary by state based on each respective state financial liability statute. UM/UIM/No Fault provided based on statutory requirements by state.

The purpose of this coverage is to protect the investment of the owner of the rental vehicle in the event of an accident. The coverage is per incident. It covers anyone twenty-one years or older with a valid drivers license and insurance coverage. The appropriate rental contract must be signed by the renter.

Cost Per Month:
We are confident of our insurance pricing and have been very successful to date in maintaining low rates mainly due to the outstanding performance of our licensees. However, prices are subject to change. Due diligence must be done by the counter person during the rental.

Our strategic partners Hub International provide 48 hour turnaround with firm pricing for all insurance costs related to renting and operating your rental truck.

Insurance Only:
If you have decided to get a truck locally; we understand the need for insurance on your vehicle. Through our exclusive partnership with Hub International On The Move will arrange to provide the same program available to our lease trucks. There will be an up-front licensing fee involved payable to On The Move with deposit and premiums due up front as dictated by Hub International and their respective carrier(s).
