We offer commercial truck insurance coverage for rental trucks through our strategic alliances with major carriers who provide car and truck rental insurance throughout the United States and in Canada.  This insurance is available through On The Move, Inc. whether you lease your truck from us or not.

Auto Liability:

Limit $5,000,000 CSL in all 50 states. As a licensee, this coverage protects against third-party claims arising out of the operation, maintenance or use of the vehicle or vehicles entrusted to you by OTM. Renter coverage limits vary by state based on each respective state financial liability statute. UM/UIM/No Fault provided based on statutory requirements by state.

The purpose of this coverage is to protect the investment of the owner of the rental vehicle in the event of an accident. The coverage is per incident and it covers anyone twenty-one years or older with a valid driver’s license and insurance coverage. Appropriate rental contracts must be signed by the renter. Due diligence must be done by the counter person during the rental.

Cost Per Month:

We offer competitive pricing for access to our insurance program and have been very successful to date in maintaining low rates mainly due to the outstanding performance of our licensees. However, prices are subject to change.

OTM insurance brokers and agents provide 48 hour turnaround with firm pricing for all insurance costs related to renting and operating your rental truck.

Insurance Only:

If you already have a truck or decided to get one from another source, we can provide you with insurance for your vehicle. Through our exclusive partnerships, OTM can arrange to provide you with access to the same program available to our lessees. There is a licensing fee payable to OTM along with a deposit and premiums due up front, as dictated by our agent and their respective carrier(s).
