Its founder Maury Westerdale recognized the need for a turnkey truck rental program, which allows the self storage owner/operator to set their own rates and advertise their company at the same time. On The Move just wrapped up a charitable campaign to raise money for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (J.D.R.F.). For every new "like" on On The Move's facebook page, On The Move donated $1 to J.D.R.F. After gaining one thousand new likes, they wrote a check to JDRF for $1,000. On The Move's CEO, Susan Nash, has had a passion for finding a cure for Type 1 diabetes since her daughter, CJ Steen (On The Move's Marketing Director), was diagnosed at the age of six in 1991. They continue to support research for the cure and are very grateful for the support of their Facebook fans for making this donation possible.
